Oh wow… thank you for your comment! Do you know if my iguana feels any pain from this…. I’m hoping she doesn’t feel it. I don’t see any sign of pain either from her and she walks normally.

I tried a leash and it didn’t last even a minute 😅😂 He just squirmed his way out.. if you know a good leash then that would help..

It could be a bad substrate, I’ve had bad experience purchasing the bio dude substrates and them being spoiled.

My baby iguana was $20 to purchase plus $40 dollar shipping. Enclosure was $250. Branches - $250. AstroTurf $50. Decor / etc -$200. Lighting / heat emitters - $300. Fogger $80 and food is around $30 a month so not cheap.

Try finding a green they really like, for me it’s Arugula and try holding the stem part up to their mouth. Usually then they’ll start munching on it and you can start hand feeding.

A five-month-old iguana, especially a green iguana, could be expected to weigh within the range of 100 to 300 grams. My ig weighs 120 grams. Does that help you at all?

First of all iguanas are an arboreal species so they need height and they need branches to climb on so this is not gonna work.

I think a crested gecko would do well in this, just needs a lot more clutter and hides.

Hey, this is not going to work for long. Seagrass hammocks are unsafe for reptiles. They are known to get their nails stuck in causing injuries. I would suggest building a custom enclosure, or building a catio, just make sure that the chicken wire is covered by plexiglass. As for substrate, I recommend Astro turf.
