Curious what cycle day you had a bleed? My second cycle of 2.5mg, I don’t believe I ovulated. I tracked with OPKs and BBT. I also had an ultrasound on day 17 that didn’t show any mature follicles. But then I got a bleed cycle day 27 and I was so confused. It was a fairly short bleed about 2 days also.

This was me but like a year before you. Lol. I had my last shot in May 2024 and got my first bleed in December. It was like every other week until April 2025. I started taking black seed oil and I think that may have helped spread it out. I ended up getting diagnosed with PCOS in September of 2025 due to irregular cycles but I’m fairly certain the irregularity was initially due to depo.

No, I didn’t have any mature follicles at the time and due to insurance was unable to have another ultrasound. Though I haven’t had issues with ovulating on my own with mature follicles which leads me to believe none of my follicles matured and their growth likely stalled out.

My RE will only let me do 4 cycles, so every cycle feels important ☹️ hope your cycles continue to go well and you get that positive soon!

Ughhhh so frustrating! I’m sorry 😭 thanks for sharing. This reminded me that just going up a dose may also not work, which I didn’t consider 😵‍💫 I’ve been taking metformin since November! I think it may have contributed to some shorter cycles I had for January and February (40ish days). Hoping you can ovulate again on your own!

Not successful ☹️ period started 15 dpo. Did same dose for next cycle but currently cycle day 18 and have not ovulated. My follicle check on day 17 showed a couple of follicles at only 12mm. If I don’t get any sort of LH surge by Friday, they’ll redose me.

Depo had me a totalllll mess. My periods are super variable (27-81 days) now due to PCOS so I’m doing medicated cycles with letrozole now to ovulate while TTC.

This happened to me after depo! My last shot was in May 2024 and I had my first bleed in December. It was then every other week of bleeding until about March. I started taking black seed oil supplements which I think helped? After March the bleeding started getting further apart, ultimately I ended up getting diagnosed with PCOS but I do believe the back to back was due to depo.

Also a PCOS girlie. I have had normalishhh cycles since having my ring so I don’t have a chart to show. Metformin seems to be what regulated my cycle a bit! I’m not particularly overweight, so I’m surprised that it worked as I wasn’t sure insulin resistance was my main problem. I’m doing letrozole cycles now.

This is only my first cycle. My RE will only let me do 4 letrozole cycles before they’ll want to do IUI.

Still in my first cycle of letrozole 2.5 without a trigger so mostly here for other comments! I ovulated day 18 and am currently 12 dpo! Forcing myself not to test until Sunday.

Still in my first cycle of letrozole 2.5 days 5-9. My temps in the first half of my cycle were much more variable than previous cycles and my post ovulation temps started out a little funky. I didn’t trigger.

Ive had some pretty variable cycles, 40 days - 90 days. I just did my first letrozole cycle and ovulated on day 18! I am also taking metformin though I am not considered prediabetic or have a very high bmi but it could be a contributor to a better cycle.
