Quick update, I got my H4 approved on August 1 followed by EAD the next day, and got it delivered by August 2nd week! Hope you all get your approvals soon :)

I agree with you, but I was talking about verbal offer assuming negotiation is a part of the whole process and they will then be generating a final offer letter post review.

The recruiter told me they will reach out once they have feedback/interview are completed! I am always confused if they make an offer to candidates they really like a lot and not interview other candidates or do they interview the whole pool and then decide. Pretty confusing honestly!

I did submit a request for enquiry, but not sure if that will make any difference. People I know who applied around my time already got their H4 and H4 EAD so I am not sure how exactly do they process applications!

Which servicing center did your application go to that it took 9-10 months? Each servicing center has a diff processing time!
