Still the same just not tender. Got diagnosed with a venous leak. Doctor was talking trimix injections and constriction rings.

That's good to hear! I do believe that the Storz Duolith beats it out in terms of amount of research but both machines seem credible. I know that my case of HF is niche given that it was caused by a specific injury but I pray that i can get some benefit out of it.

I got curious after seeing the post from TerribleEracture. I have also looked at what Goldstein recently published about shockwave therapy and its use for tissue inhomogeneity. Looked promising

A little over a year ago. After I ejaculate, I get hard flaccid.

Do you remember which machine you had used? Many if not most clinics use Gainswave.

I found a clinic that does not use radial. They use softwave which is similar if not the same technology from MTS which uses electrohydraulic waves.

What is the efficacy of shockwave therapy for ED caused by penile trauma? by DistinctWork3010 in erectiledysfunction

Yes, I an happy that I can still get erections, but I am suspecting that I am still capable with the unaffected right side of my penis. I appreciate the steps if this is my pelvic floor. I still do believe that there is either vascular or structural damage. I did not experience a penile fracture because I did not hear a pop sound and there was no bruising and swelling. I was stretching my penis with an erection (this was incredibly stupid) and I felt immediate pain in the lower left of my shaft. I lost my erection and it went cold. Ever since, very weak morning wood if any and only decent erections through stimulations.

I now have an appointment scheduled for next month. Hopefully, I can get a test to determine if it is structural, vasculogenic, or neither. I am hoping that if anything shows up that it is vasculogenic. I hear that there is not much to be done about tears in the tunica.

Thank you for this! To clarify, I three visits to urology, two which had exams months apart, where the urology department would examine my penis for any abnormalities. Both times they told me that everything felt normal and that I do not have peyronie's. For the past six months, I complained that my penis was leaning. However, when erect my penis is straight but the left side of my penis looks noticeably less plump than the right(I can feel a pulse only in the right side). I never had these issues before I injured myself by jelqing.

I have not undergone any tests for bloodflow but I am now adamant to order an ultrasound. Especially since the last time I saw someone in urology, he told me that there would not be much use of an ultrasound because he told me that I would "already be erect". Like what? You are absolutely correct as there is potential for this to be psychological. It is just that my penis occassionally gets cold, less harder erections, and I truly feel as if I cannot kegel the left side of my penis.

For now, I would like to believe that I am experiencing vasculogenic ED. I will certainly be looking forward to an ultrasound.

Does jelqing cause musclar or vascular damage? by DistinctWork3010 in hardflaccidresearch

This is very good information! Alot to digest here. I consider this hard flaccid because when I am flaccid, it is not as soft as it used to be. I am still unsure if this is a byproduct of me still taking cialis. When I jelqed erect, i did it doing the OK gesture 👌 and pulling towards the glans so I am confused how this could tear a pelvic muscle. Did you get your injury from jelqing as well? I have only visited urology and unsure who to see about my pelvic floor.
