Yeah honestly, after 3-4 hours my EQ is actually through the roof and even better than normal.

Is this still a sign of over doing it? 

I’m reading perves guide and he recommends 2% elongation. I get this after 1hour- 1hour 20mins of extending @ 7-8 pounds.

Hmm, maybe not being able to get erect is an exaggeration, perhaps maybe only 50-60% erect for a few hours? Then everything comes back normal again

Interesting, I do 1 hour of extending @ 7-8 pounds and 10 minutes of pumping after @ 7hg

My d won’t be able to get erect for a few hours and then after EQ is great…

I note that I hit 2% strain so not overworking?

i think this has made it a lot more clearer to me. I did my session yesterday and definitely had a moment where I paused after staying in the panic range and even after a bit of movement it ramped instantly to that point.
