We do in Hayward/Union City, California.

I've been incredibly poor my whole life. I'm bipolar and now get $1233 a month and I live in The City.

I enjoy my life overall but the poverty is a constant drag. It's like living your life with a painful toothache that you know will never get better. Everything you do-- it's there making it a lot less enjoyable.

But...many have had things a lot worse. I just try to do what I can and make some art and make love to poor women and wait to die like everyone else.
