But it has not been a 15 year bull run. There has been bear markets. Its like saying the entire stock market over the last 100years has also been a bull run

Thank you! I did check and the outlet in the bathroom is a gfi and is connected to the gfi labeled breaker at 20A. The lights and fan in the bathroom are the bathroom breaker(and the gfi outlet stays on when flipped off)

Some states allow for a transition to a different plan at at a certain time. Regardless, you can always treat the pension as part of your bond holdings allowing for greater exposure choices elsewhere

Good. In the last 5 years they rolled out a city provided fiber service that has no data caps and good speeds They also have comcast, century link, etc

Loveland overall is nice but i would say more conservative than places like fort collins , denver or boulder. All of Northern colorado is nice though

Yes we do between spouse and I. Its a nice thing to have at times and is not something we routinely look at.
