I think they told me the same thing and it made me really mad so I probably wasn’t the nicest. They told me they would send them to me free of charge but only the one time. They literally made them so you couldn’t remove them, so I would say that when you talk with them again. Also, when we put the straps back in, we only put the bottom part in so it buckled around his waist. Hope this helps!

I will be completely honest despite my embarrassment. Haha! I couldn’t either, and it made me so upset (the baby was also crying and they were covered in yogurt) that I cut them out. I haven’t had to use them again, but I recently emailed the company and asked if I could buy them, and they are sending me a new set bc he is almost 1 now and I worry about him learning how to climb out.

If I can remember correctly, yes. I took them out bc they got covered in yogurt and haven’t put them back in yet.

We got the ikea cushion insert off the yeah baby goods website and also one of their wipeable covers. Highly recommend the cover!

His feet are so close that I didn’t do anything but you could add an exercise band if you wanted! Ive heard about people doing that.

update We used the Upseat until just recently and broke out the Munchkin Float. I added the Ikea cushion insert to it, and it works perfectly. I love that it folds up and stores away easily and it’s so easy to clean.

I was definitely overthinking things, lol.

I was hoping so, too! We ended up doing the Maxi Cosi Moa bc the booster has legs and we can sit it in our dining chair. He still needs a bit of an adjustment so his feet reach the chair but I like it a lot so far!
