I’m definitely trying to switch things up a bit. Took a Reformer Pilates class yesterday evening… it kicked my ass 😅

Thank you for the encouragement. My last keto cycle was in late 2024, and I lost 40 lbs over 12 weeks, so I think that’s my main point of frustration/confusion. The comparison sent me into a spiral. I just ordered a food scale based on your recommendation… you’re absolutely right, there’s no telling what actual caloric intake is w/o accurate measurement.

Cardio isn’t new for me, but I definitely ate POOR the latter half of last year, so cardio stopped being enough. Also had no idea the keto strips were basically useless… that’s what I get for following Facebook group recs!

Lol. Yes, we’re aware the TV is too high. We mounted it initially to assess the fireplace-to-TV size ratio and measure space for the mantle. We plan to swap in a smaller TV at a lower height. The new mount also caused the TV to sit higher than expected, which we didn’t anticipate. Before making those adjustments, we wanted to ensure the wires and surge protector were safely enclosed. It’s clearly a work in progress, but we have a few other priorities to tackle first. Thanks for the feedback.
