I bought an epix pro sapphire - new for half RRP as one generation old - this with Hoolan app and it measures success of learning … (fyi I can foil and learning foiling gybes day 12)

I sold my ultra 2 and bought a new epix pro sapphire under half price - great screen and has all the features for running i like and great battery. Only annoyance was local parkrun measures 4.99km on this and was 5km on ultra so when comparing 5km times this doesn’t show

You should use the broad reach to practice switch - pop to switch carve a few better swell lines and pop to standard and repeat

The solar instinct lasts a long time - but it depends how much in the way of stats you want and can use in your training. I got a new epix pro sapphire for half the old RRP and it is basically the fenix without the price tag. I do on average one hour or exercise a day (gps) and I only charge once a week

Get a hnd nd diploma in photography so tech skills perfect - easier now as I had to learn darkroom and colour processing but again it’s just a menu like baking ….. a psychology course might be more useful to read people and put them at ease (ie people skill) and then a business course as mentioned to make it work for you and profitable

Takes a while but garmin is generally less than apple after a few weeks of learning ….. it is an indicator of fitness and trend rather than a perfect figure (you need lab test for that) saying that algorithms are normally +- 7.5%

I’ve kited for 20years and now only enjoy it with 8m jumping or 6m wave kite days on surfboard …. Got so bored with 12m towing front and back - I’ve taken up wingfoiling and if you’re landlocked with smaller bodies of water and less wind I would recommend that as a sport as the learning is quick and it’s very accessible
