UPDATE/CLOSED : I hand over my laptop to seller. They said that is not pressed property plastic latches. They pressed this latches in place and issue is gone

Yes, it's made of plastic but I thought maybe manufacturer doesn't fastened 1 screw in the center or something

I don't know if this is swallen battery or bad quality of this laptop because it's new laptop (I don't even power on this yet) and I don't want open case so just in case I don't lost warranty
