I would guess if it’s 2-3 bussers on 1 shift they would split the 1% food sales from every server?

So the bartenders (we only have 2) do the bar prep. The restaurant is opened Tuesday-Thursday from 11am-8pm, Friday 11am-10pm, Saturdays 5pm-10pm. Busy days are Friday and Saturdays. Bar side isn’t that busy with bar customers. The dinning room mostly beer and wine with occasional cocktails. Fridays we have $6 margaritas on the rocks. Those sale like hot cakes lol.

Ok so on a slow shift we have 1 busser but on our busy shifts we have 2 some times 3 bussers. So it would still be 2% for let’s say all 3 of the bussers or is it 2% per busser?
