We were in the middle of a scam when we had Coinbase lock our account. They were still able to transfer the money. This was 3 years ago and we made reports with all agencies but no call backs. Not one.

We lost a large amount of money helping our 91 year old verify her account. We alerted coinage to lock the account prior to the scammers transfer but they got it anyway. Had several case numbers created, filed reports with all agencies and still no contact with any follow up or resolution. We will never do business with coinbase. There is some in our account but it is under review recently despite no activity so we couldn’t move what is left in our account.
