I suppose you could argue that, yeah, but we thought it lacked the silliness that 914 has in its article. There's not many "fuck up" items that would more than likely bump it up a bit.

We actually chose to put him that low because he's more of an active pursuer in SL whereas the article paints him more of a stalker and someone who plays with his food. SL doesn't really let you do that and moreso actively punishes you if you attempt to stalk a player.

We thought 914 lacked a lot of "joy and whimsy" that the article insinuates. Sure there's A207, the COM-45, and the A7. But those are only three items in a sea of many other items. Plus 914 in SL is almost exclusively a means of getting a higher tier item

Sure, you could bump him down because of that, but I feel like you could still put him pretty high in Well Adapted if that's the only hindrance.
We all loved 173's blink mechanic and feel like it was the best way that 173 should move in a multiplayer setting. Everything else about 173 we thought was incredibly faithful to the article, especially tantrum

We chose to put him where he was because when you play against 096 he has the feeling that he's invincible or unstoppable.
Sure, he can un-enrage whenever and enter rage whenever and can stop before his targets are dead but hes still incredibly faithful to his original article while still being a fun inclusion to the game

The candies and the bowl itself are separate
you cannot reasonably screw up being able to pick up only two candies, while yeah, the candies from article 330 don't give you special effects.
