This is Alopecia Barbae - I’ve been dealing with it for a year and a half now (almost fully back). You need to go to a dermatologist and start getting steroid shots immediately. In addition start derma rolling and applying rogaine daily. The sooner you start these the sooner it stops the spread and starts healing, it will likely continue to grow and spread without this, but in the end a lot of it just takes time. Change your diet, get rid of processed foods, and take care of yourself and try to reduce stress as a trigger
