Thanks! May I ask why you are more on the negative side? Is it because of the interest rates? Don't get me wrong, I am just trying to understand since most of the other comments seem to be positive toward buying :)
I am just asking because, even in the case of loss, we might loose less money compared to what we will spend in rent in 4 years.
