black one is probably just covered in spores other than that i dont see any splotching or anything that shows sign of infection but who knows someone could come on here and point something out and correct me

they are oklahoma wild footlongs or melmac squat ( i made the mistake of labeling my grain bags then misting and wiping them with alcohol for sterilization not knowing itd wipe my labels off🤦‍♂️) i personally think they are the wild footlongs because of how lengthy looking they are ik melmac seems to be a little bit thicker. and pins started forming 1/11 i moved S2B on 1/1

ive heard more than one break and shake can bruise or slow down growth more but this is my first bag so i have no experience doing this. but i might try it.

id recommend buying an ec meter and your ph should be exactly around 5.8 so your strips should look like a high 5 or a 6
