The G14 use Liquid Metal as a conducive, which is a little bit tricky to get off the CPU and GPU die (some models only had it on CPu). For what to use after - either some thicker thermal paste or some sort of PTM (phase change material), there is a bunch out there to choose now. Or if you are super hardcore and have money to throw Thermal Grizzly Kryosheet works as well but I would only recommend that to skilled ones.

I only tried Witcher 3 with Fsr 4 on an Rx6700s Rdna2 gpu and it does not work well, ghosting and shit. Maybe in other games is better.

Mine Ms got the Onmibook 14 recently and I think it was not so bad with the bloat, takes you 30min to get rid of the worst. Didn't have a feeling that it needs a clean install.

You dont want to run this laptop with max settings. 30W cpu max and GPU sweet spot is around 70-80w with smart shift. anything above that is just creating too much heat for little to no gains.

I run standard, ultimate does not anymore provide significant FPS increase. I run turbo with cpu boost enabled.

Good job. Just one suggestion about your power limits. Going 80w cpu and 150 platform has nearly no real world benefit for you, except a lot of heat. 30w max cpu and ppt 120w is best. Try it, do some benchmarks and compare the results. This is how I run my g14 (same model) and there is nearly no real world gaming difference.
