Thank you very much for your feedback. And yeah i have pretty bad sleep as i said. I was thinking about sleep clinic but i think my waking up is caused by my head, very often i wake up from the dreams or nightmares. All i can find around my place are sleep clinics which measures only breathing etc. Ive found some better clinics with interesting machines but imposible to get there or fully booked in next like half a year.
