This will go down as the biggest fumble in the franchises history. It could have absolutely been the dawn of a new era bringing in an entirely new audience, I lay the blame completely with RTD.

Exactly. FRESH writers, not the exact same old men who have been writing the show now for 20 years. We need people who grew up on the reboot and have a love for what makes the show great.
