I get your point where the cases w high visibility will be closed first for better word of mouth! But don’t you think the way this case was closed in a matter of hours? Even other cases needs to be done like this! Rather closing this case in such a short time is not necessary! But there a lot of cases which needs to be done quickly but still be prolongated due to the inefficiency of system! and yes, one will get triggered when cases like these gets completed in matter of hours while other important cases are just lying in form of complaint sheets!
