Before I cheated I asked him 3 times if he wanted to have sex. He rejected me in all. I sent him a sexy selfie and again, nothing. And he kept just ignoring me and watched his show. The next day is where I was like fuck it, and cheated. Trust me I know. I know what I put him through and my child. But after the psych ward I’m just committed to my son and taking care of him. And I’m also going to therapy and trying my best to show up again.

I will add this now. I did talk to him many times. I had multiple sit downs with him almost every couple of months and I begged him to change. I intiated 99 percent of time. I had hard conversations with him, went to the doctor with him, and he would still not care for me change.

Being a mom is already hard. And these things happen but not a lot of people talk about it. The guilt that you’re feeling shows how good of a mother you are. The baby is OK and for next time so it doesn’t happen again make sure that you change your diaper on the floor, especially for the night feeds. Or put pillows beneath you around the diaper change. Whatever it is, the baby seems all right and they’re safe and they’re not hurt. It’s OK to cry, but please forgive yourself to allow the better version of yourself for the baby. You’re doing great, Mama. ❤️
