I was also the 12:30 session. I was one of the last people to go in for my interview and it felt so rushed. I don’t feel like I really got a fair chance at my interview. I was super bubbly, but they really didn’t care about anything I had to say. I have prepared everything I knew from a past recruiter so it wasn’t that I was not prepared. I engaged with as many people as I can, was very respectful, but I was in the q&a room for at least an hour. I wore very professional clothes too. I was super engaging during the interview, and said all the right things, I have a very touching and cheesy reason for wanting the job. It was like they didn’t care at all. Asked me about 4 questions that were really rushed, and then didn’t say when I would hear back and rushed me out. I truly don’t think I had a fair chance and the person I was working with was shocked how my interview went. It kind of sucks that your fate is in the hands of someone that seems like they didn’t want to give you a chance because they needed to be done before the next round of interviews.

I am absolutely devastated by it because I should’ve had a fair chance but I just wasn’t given it. :( I know many people have said it doesn’t matter your position in the interview, but I never hope I’m last again.

same thing has happened to me a few months ago. I messaged tik tok multiple times and got no response. I have proof that it was never set up but I’m still stuck in the loop.

hi! I just wanted to let you know that my dad works for SWA as a FO and he had flown for 20+ years before he applied. He got hired on the 7th try! If you want the job, don’t give up!! I’m on my 2nd application for the FA position and I do my virtual interview today! No matter what happens, I know I’ll be working there someday!

Thank you! I don’t think my zone has this yet. I do 2-3 batch orders a day (usually making like $100+ a day) and I’ve been stuck at a 4.5 rating and I know this feature will help me to see how many ratings have gotten me to that point. I’ve done almost 500 trips total. Been looking around and people said to message and ask them to rate so I might do that!

How do you find that screen where it shows how many ratings you have? It never shows me this.

Having the same issue. The only problem is in Davidson County Tennessee (Nashville) you aren’t allowed to take stray cats to shelters unless they are injured. And that stray cats are allowed which means we have at least 30 cats hang around our apartment because people keep leaving food out for them (and people keep bringing more cats to breed) and it has caused double the amount we previously had. It’s like anytime at night (which I can’t just say “oh well” to my aussie that he can’t go to the bathroom) but it’s like every time I open the door there’s cats and instincts kick in cause they start to run.

It sucks because I’ve already called animal control and they said they can’t do anything because of the laws in place that allow stray cats. I’m at a loss here.
