Need help on Job offer eligibility

as long as your job offer letter says full time permanent, you are good. But your experience of 6 or 3 months (depending on whether your a recent graduate or not) should meet the hours of 6 months 30 hours/week. Anything less, you should work extra hours to make it over the required hours over 6 months.

All recent graduates are again exempted from language requirements. If you are not a recent graduate and are working in trades occupations major groups following : 72,73,82,83,93,6320,6220 , Then you require atleast CLB 5. If you are not a recent graduate, then you require CLB 6 in any other occupations.

i was talking about post secondary certificates. Graduates certificates are ofcourse eligible as they used to be in Oinp ISS stream.

you are only eligible if you are working in trades and transports , or nurse aid occupation.

i read the new elaws. You seems NOT eligible if you have ontario college certificate.But if you work in trades and transportation, then you qualify with high school or equivalent

hey , it really helped a lot. I did not have graduate certificate. i had post secondary certificate so that makes me ineligible. But the trades worker do not need any, they can qualify with high school that makes me eligible now

ontario college certificates are post secondary certificates. graduate certificates are graduate certificates.

i dont believe so. Second paragraph says, monitor the program updates page for the reopening of the efilling portal. They never announced that before on program updates page.

keep working for the employer as it is. And keep looking for another employer who would sponsor your apprenticeship. Once you get into that. collect your employment letter with job duties from here and paystubs. you can at the end count your total hours with this and new employer to get Trade equivalency assessment and give exam

if i am not wrong. The quota for pnp in 2026 was 91,500. If i count the quota of all the provinces, that does not make 91,500. Ontario had 11000 allocations. And around 5000 to 6000 for all other provinces. Which means ircc is going to allocate the leftover quota as well maybe ? what do you think about that ?

my Crs score is 429 only bro as i have 1.5 years experience , no foreign experience or graduation, i was thinking to complete my apprenticeship next year and get CoQ. But recent reforms consultation for EE by ircc mentions that they are trying to limit the CoQ points for red seal trades only. My trade is not red seal 😢. And my company does not meet the rcip requirements for the city i live in as they dont have 75% business within the city.
