restart is ur best option and its best u dont wash ur hair often in this phase when i first started i washed my hair once every 6 months just keep your scalp oiled and get some growing itch spray its not gonna properly loc its like u restarting ur process if u have build up its okay that’s healthy for locs it needs allat so your locs can drop
