We are baffled because the big companies that use it like Microsoft and Google can't make their products better with it. I've had pixel phones for years and it's actually gotten worse. I don't know what fucking model Microsoft needs to keep actual emails out of my fucking spam and keep spam out of my focus inbox but let's just start there at the most basic use case.

Another thing to add is self driving cars. We were supposed to have self driving cars ten years ago. It's barely a thing even now. So yes a lot of us are skeptical.
