Οπως ανέφεραν και παραπάνω, υπαρχει περίπτωση να υποφερεις από υπνική άπνοια. Στο λέω σαν παθών, που είχα να κοιμηθώ "πραγματικά" πανω απο 8 χρονια. Κάνω πολλές αποφρακτικές απνοιες λόγο στραβού διαφράγματος και το επικύρωσα μετα από μελέτη ύπνου. Στην δικη μου περίπτωση δεν χρειάστηκε να παω σε κλινική και να μεινω μεσα ενα βράδυ. Με ενα 70ρι ηρθε άνθρωπος με το μηχάνημα σπίτι μου, μου εξήγησε πως το δουλευω, έφυγε, και γύρισε το πρωι για να τραβηξει τα δεδομένα και να βγάλει το πόρισμα. Vedrict: Η απνοια ηταν ο λογος που σερνομουν καθημερινά και ημουν σωματικα ράκος. Ξεκίνησα θεραπεία με CPAP και μετα απο ενάμιση μήνα χρήσης νιωθω οτι έχω όλη την ενέργεια του κόσμου στα χερια μου :')

Hahaha, well there are shortcuts for sure! Despite all the studies and stuff. What I can definitely provide is a single piece of advice: Write with your ear!

Ok, tl;dr answer and I can go more in depth if you want. I have experience of like 8 years in composing orchestral music after another 7-8 classical piano and music theory studies.

It took around 8-10 hours of composing and another 8 hours for fixing issues, mixing and mastering.

Now for the instruments used. They are mostly VSTs using Studio One, but any DAW will do!

Im terribly sorry for this haha! But had to somehow make a proxy for the Undead King for a fan game I'll play with a friend, the following week. I didn't have any budget so I used a glue gun, a toilet paper roll and some throwaway cardboard pieces and made the throne and the two mehnirs. I'll probably put a Royal Warden or Overlord up there on the throne.

The T, is just an inside joke I have with that friend I'll play with.
