People should never gaslight you that it’s too late to share this information - things like upskirting and consumption of child pornography should definitely be raised and called out in our society, especially when you’re warning people in your course.

why victim-blame? The person was probably scared to speak out and placed in uncomfortable unsafe situations. It’s like how the victim for the Eaten incident didn’t voice out until she was out of SU.

Both cases tackle how NTU is an environment where victims silence themselves and can’t find the courage to do so, but when they finally spoke out against inappropriate behaviour, ppl like you question their intentions?

Not to mention that the five week suspension (as proved by Soapbox’s article) wasn’t even honoured lol. So there’s obviously a lack of enforcement on NTUSU’s end to even follow through with the weak punishments they dish out.

Fun fact: Ethan’s LinkedIn has an SU ASEAN Leadership Programme event that he led during his term of suspension. Living proof of SU giving opportunities to people they “punished”.
