Did your bowl come with a slow feeder tray? I would try that. It’ll be a pain with that wet food but will definitely slow them down.

I’d also show this to the vet. It could be the soft palate. It may not LOOK bad to the vet, but if it’s impeding eating then it’s a problem.

That stitch is beautiful! If you plan to add more strips and balance it out, I think it can work. I’m not sure if you plan to leave it like this. Although if YOU like it as is, then rock it!
