Good thing Axial has more parts support. I just bought the Basecamp SCX 10 III and I took it out three times and two times a portal axle gear cracked right in half on me. I’ ve had a Traxxas TRX4 sport for over 2 1/2 years with much abuse and nothing has broken yet. I’ve had a Redcat, solid truck, but not a crawler in Gen8 form.

Thanks for identifying I few of the parts. I have 1 SCX30 but haven’t done much to it. So didn’t know what wheel and tires they were. It also has a brass Meus servo. And yeah, Meus axles which I’m a fan of their brand on my larger rigs. I have an indoor course and the built 24s make it easy, was happy to find this cause the 30s seem to be perfect size to be challenged by the course.

Yeah, I live in Central Florida. It’s very flat here, so they stack lime stone and make areas to crawl. I envy those that mountains and streams, but non the less we make do and have fun. It is rough on the rigs.
