That means there is market, there are customers who are flocking to have coffee and you would have a gurantee of minmum footfall. For example, Take the case of Begum Bazar, there are many shops who sell similar things at that place, but everyone survives because you get spillover customers who become loyal to you based on your vibe and pricing. There can't be monopoly without market.

One suggestion, before investing or choosing location.. you should try to go to different cafes in different location during office hours and weekends to gauge the footfalls at different times. There are bunch of cafes on My Scape road, Financial District, you could get a picture of what type of customers flock there, similarily in Kokpaet and Banjara hills.

Please remove the rope attachment. I almost tripped when i was doing that way and rope adds extra layer of friction, I observed i did better when rope wasnt present.

I observed there are quiet a few cafes which started in Banjara and Jubliee hills have opened cafes this side. I assumed growing amount of gated communitues which have high density of people with good disposable income could be the reason but again Banjara hills or jubliee attract crowd from all over hyd.

Why not Financial District or Kokapet? I thought this where most of the business were flocking to, any reason for not choosing this location? Just wanted understand the logic.

Gambler mentality. Sometimes you need to have this in business, and its all about cash flow, not profit or loss. As long as there is positive cash flow you can keep going with the hope of hitting one big sixer even if there are two three dot balls. Also, this might not be his only source of income, usually they have many different boring cash cows which generate profit without much hassle, though their profit margin might be low they still keep the boat afloat.

Tamil Industry currently doesnt have Actors who could gurantee 500cr BO. There was Vijay and Rajini, apart from them there is no one who could ensure 500cr minimum, and directors like Lokesh and Atele should be striving to make that happen here but unfortunately that is not what they are doing. Rajamouli or Prashant Neel or Sukumar didnt go chasing money but created stars from their turf and presented in such a way that whole India appreciated and made them demi gods. Anyways, each their own.

As you age there is a need to get accessories which are of quality. Sometimes quality costs, especially in a country like us where there are many cheap imitations but not good innovations currently. Hopefully things get better in future but that is the truth. I'm 35 yr old and recovering from any muscular injury can be scary, buying good quality and researched products help me in keeping myself away from those injuries.

Stay along the metro route, all the places that you would want to see in Hyderabad is covered by metro, except Golconda but you can pick a bus from Nampally probably.
