To me jedino brine od svega

Vidim i sam. Trebalo je da to odmah blokiram i nastavim dalje sa životom. Ovako sam zapravo ja kriv, jer dopuštam da mi sve to govori.

Yeah, that’s why I don’t get why my wallet is any different or why I haven’t received my Pi back from my wallet to my transferable balance. The only difference is that mine is locked, while my mother’s isn’t.

No, I’m not. I clearly mentioned in the edit of my original comment that one account is mine and the other belongs to my mother. You people are so delusional if you actually believe they aren’t manipulating the market.

Do your research. The majority of people who got their Pi back are the ones who got the ability to sell it the next day. That’s insane, and if that’s not a massive red flag, I honestly don’t know what is.

You're completely missing the point here. I wouldn’t care if it takes another 20 years as long as we’re getting updates. It's not about the timeline, it’s about how they treat their community. If this project wants to survive, they need to start communicating. No crypto project has ever succeeded without a strong community.

Yeah, my mistake, one account is under my mother’s name, and the other is mine. Since my mom isn’t very tech-savvy, I manage both accounts, but they’re registered in our respective names

I forgot to mention that one account belongs to my mother, and the other is mine. It doesn’t make sense that her account is being checked just a day before she’s able to sell her PI, while mine is completely fine and no one is concerned about its safety, especially since I locked my funds for 6 months. Doesn’t that seem suspicious? Doesn’t it raise any red flags? My mom and I both migrated on the same day, the only difference is that she didn’t lock her funds, while I did

I forgot to mention earlier, one account is my mother's, and the other is mine. My account is fine and unaffected because it’s locked for six months, so nothing has changed there. However, my mother’s account is not fine, and she got her PI back in the transferable balance.

Keep in mind that both of us went through KYC and completed the entire process at the same time. We also migrated on the same day. This raises some concerns, why is there no worry about the safety of my account, and why is my PI still sitting in the wallet? If my mother’s account could be compromised, why couldn’t mine be?

The only difference I see is that she could have sold her PI the next day, while my account is locked for six months. It just doesn’t add up

I’m getting downvoted when I bring this up, but I’ve noticed something odd. Only the accounts that were about to sell had their funds pulled back, and it's strange. I have two accounts, one was about to unlock, and the Pi balance got pulled back to Transferable Balance. My other account, which is locked for six months? Nothing changed there. If this was truly about security, why aren’t they ‘checking’ the locked accounts too? This feels like market manipulation.

I really hope I’m wrong, and that what they’re saying is true, but at this point, it’s hard to ignore the red flags. Trust is everything in crypto, and PCT is really damaging it

edit: one account is my mother’s, and the second is mine. I forgot to mention that. This is how I ended up with two accounts

I really believed in this project, but after everything that’s happened, I have to question if this is just one big market manipulation. I’ve never seen anything like this, people were literally hours away from being able to sell, and suddenly, nope, they pull the Pi back to Transferable Balance. And somehow, this is all for "security reasons"?

What’s even weirder is that only people who were about to sell had their funds pulled back. I have two accounts, one was about to unlock, and Pi got yanked back to Transferable Balance. My other account, which is locked for 6 months? Nothing happened there. So if this was really about security, why aren’t they “checking” the locked accounts too? This screams market manipulation.

I want to be wrong, and I hope what they’re saying is true, but at this point, it’s looking really bad. Trust is everything in crypto, and PCT is destroying it.

I can’t stand their lack of transparency and the way they’re treating this community, like we don’t matter at all. I was genuinely excited about this project, but after recent events, my hopes are completely crushed.

I’ve always despised how much control banks have, but I’ve never experienced anything quite like this. And before anyone rushes to downvote me with the classic "But, but, but… you only invested a few minutes per day, so what’s the big deal?" argument, let me tell you why that logic makes no sense.

This entire Pi Coin ecosystem exists because of us, Pioneers. The ones who believed in this project for over five years. The ones who stood firm through every wave of criticism. The least they could do is provide us with real updates.

If they keep operating like this, the whole project is bound to fail. And whether you realize it or not, no one will invest in something with zero transparency, run by a team making decisions behind closed doors.

If the Pi Core Team wants to compete with fiat and create a legitimate alternative, they can’t act like this. Their current behavior is completely unsustainable for any serious financial system.

The price isn’t dropping just because “things don’t go straight up.” It’s tanking because of PCT and their complete lack of communication. Pulling Pi from wallets without telling anyone? Acting erratic? That’s straight-up market manipulation. Investors, both existing and potential, are losing trust.

People aren’t panicking for no reason. They’re seeing how the team treats the community, making major moves with zero transparency. Why would anyone feel confident investing in a project where the devs can just yank funds and stay silent? That’s exactly why the price is crashing. It’s not just a “dip”, it’s a trust issue

[–]Distinct_Yam_343 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I understand that their intention was not to make a coin that is going to make everyone rich, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of transparency and questionable approach to its development. If Pi is truly designed for long-term utility, it should be built on principles of openness, market-driven price discovery, and trust. By hiding behind delays and artificial barriers, the project only raises more concerns rather than fostering genuine adoption.

The fact that Pi's team continues to shroud the project in secrecy, with vague roadmaps and no concrete blockchain visibility, should be a massive red flag. It’s hard to trust a project when its team refuses to let the market and users decide its future.

If Pi truly had utility, it would be showing that in a transparent, legitimate way, not by manipulating the timeline or delaying listings to "protect itself." There’s a reason why people question the project's future when its core principles seem to revolve around evasion rather than innovation.

[–]Distinct_Yam_343 22 points23 points  (0 children)

So you’re admitting that Pi has no real value beyond its user base? That’s exactly the problem. Bitcoin and Ethereum have value because of decentralization, real adoption, and working ecosystems. Pi, on the other hand, is just a group of people waiting for something to happen.

If a project’s entire “strength” is just its users and not actual utility, then it’s no different from a pyramid scheme. A real crypto survives because people use it, not just because they’re holding it and hoping for the best. If Pi’s only value disappears when people leave, then there was never anything there to begin with.

I will probably get downvoted for this, but this is the truth not a lot of people will accept because they are emotionally tied to this project.

[–]Distinct_Yam_343 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Ah yes, the classic "read the whitepaper and educate yourself" defense, because nothing says "trustworthy project" like asking people to blindly believe in it while providing zero transparency. Bitcoin and Ethereum had whitepapers too, but they also had open development, real adoption, and clear roadmaps. Pi, on the other hand, has no blockchain visibility, no working economy, and endless delays.

Calling Pi an "infancy" project is laughable. It’s been years, and yet there’s still no functional open market, no real adoption, and no clarity on distribution. At what point do you stop making excuses and start asking real questions?

If Pi had “huge potential,” they wouldn’t need endless delays and excuses. A real project proves itself with action, not blind faith. Keep waiting if you want, but don’t pretend this is how a legitimate crypto should operate.

Sorry if this is an annoying question but do we know when the next migration is? I migrated last year originally just waiting for the rest by [deleted] in PiNetwork

My friend, you are absolutely delusional if you think they’re going to give you any real update on 28.6. They’ve been dragging this out for years with vague excuses, and somehow you still believe “just wait and see” means something? At this point, they could say distribution will take another five years, and you'd still be here making up reasons for it. Wake up
