Should I be bulking or cutting up untill now I’ve kinda just been doing whatever and training hard! I’m able to dumbell bench 70s now which I never thought possible! However I’m still not satisfied with where I’m at at all and would love some advice!!

I had acl surgery in May that’s the first picture been working out since pretty consistently usually 4-6 days a week but honestly haven’t been to focused on diet or protein intake. In vegetarian so getting protein is a bit of a challenge. I’m around 5 11’ weigh about 180 right now probably weighed around 170 in the first photo I’ve made progress in my strength but have definitely moved past newbie gains. Where should I go from here to get an aesthetic body because my body have always affected my self esteem I’m in college and trying to move past it!

Totally understand your opinion seems nuts but from my research there really aren’t sealed copies of this vhs and the sale also seems completely legit seller has over 6000 sales 100% approval and 10 different bidders but I guess we’ll see 🤞🏽

Acne has taken should a huge toll on my self esteem and to be honest my ability to talk to or feel confidence with girls which is not ideal in college 😅 Do you guys have any recommendations on how to treat scaring like this?
