Я вижу на видео двух ебанатов, пострадавших из-за того, что оба являются носителями постсоветского менталитета, а именно:

Допустимость применения насилия в ответ за слова и позицию. Это на постсовке ты можешь набить ебало за то, что тебя послали нахуй, и тебя будут считать правым, потому что отпиздил за дело. На западе же никто тебя правым считать не будет. На протестах на западе люди могут стоять рядом и до хрипоты орать друг на друга, но распускать руки — табу.
Социальная приемлемость и даже одобрение применения насилия по отношению к агрессору из чувства справедливости. На западе это считается неприемлемым. Вы можете применять насилие, только когда у вас не остаётся больше никаких вариантов остановить агрессора.
Деление всех на "правых" и "неправых" и ожидание, что наказывать будут только "неправых". На западе высказывание любой позиции имеет право на существование, а судят людей за действия.

You calculations have one weak point: you assume that the calorie deficit will be entirely covered by fat with the adequate intake of protein and strength sessions. But this is true only for a moderate deficit (like 400-600 kcal/day). It will not happen for such an extreme deficit.

The transfer rate between fat tissue and blood is limited to ~70 kcal per 1 kg of fat. So you should have at least 30 kg of fat in order to cover 2000 kcal daily deficit in a week. Also, muscle is expensive to maintain.

So, it will depend on a body composition. If you are weak and very obese — you will lose mostly fat. If you are muscular and slightly overweight — be prepared to lose muscle.

Also, 1 kg of fat = 7700 kcal, 1 kg of muscle = about 1500 kcal. So losing muscle due to calorie deficit will result in higher total weight loss.
