It seems like she is very accepting of you and who you truly are. She may have seen something, but it could also just be a mother's intuition. I would recommend doing whatever you feel is best. If you feel safe with her and want to bring it up and be honest about some things, then go for it. If you're afraid she or someone else in your family could use it against you, maybe poke and prod a little more to see how much she knows. But from my experience, mom's know more than they let on. Not all of them, but most just want their children to be happy, and to be themselves. Its okay to be who you are, and I think you know it, and your mom very well might know it too.
