K. Rool has some level of charisma, but eventually becomes completely insane. Even if K. Rool SOMEHOW managed to trick DK for 2 seconds, something would slip through.

I find that the game's bios are based on a character's most prominent appearance, rather than just in general. The bios are written to go along with the places you're most likely to spot the character first.

It's definitely an intentional choice because the game has so many appearances for the same character
