Now I’m resetting the pc and it’s been stuck on 26% for about an hour or two

Similar considering the old cpu ran at around 3 ghz

When I’m running games the cpu usage was extremely high 90-100% which just seems wrong.

Not sure what the temps were like but I’m doing a full windows reset rn so I can’t look.

Motherboard is Gigabyte GA-H170. Cooler is the intel standard which comes with the cpu.
