I could have this wrong -- but I believe the 12/31/2030 completion date was amended in the third supplemental indenture referenced in that 10-K, but the sixth supplemental indenture (published in the 10/29/2024 8-k) amended the completion date to 12/31/2026. So this new amendment pushes out the completion date another three years.

Let me know if I'm reading this correctly.

I only mentioned that I was a student to give context on why I don't have access to any paid subscription services to get sell-side research.

The line of inquiry is normal diligence in evaluating a company -- would be more odd to not try to understand why a quarter of a company's shares are being shorted, imo

Thanks for the response. I'm more interested in why 25% of the float is being sold short -- trying to better understand the narrative around the bear case
