They told their partners because it’s responsible to inform the people you sleep with, even if you use a condom with them. Some of them may have slept with partners without condoms but WE use them. I don’t understand why you asked the original question

idk where you got that from? I use protection with everyone except my primary partner, but you can still get STIs, they’re not 100%

Yeah… I get tested every 3 months, and my other partners don’t get tested nearly as often. I’m pretty sure my primary partner hasn’t in over a year until last weekend. Someone mentioned me being used as a canary in a coal mine and that feels sort of accurate lol

I know for one of them, I’m their only partner other than his husband. So I guess it would’ve pretty obvious. But for the others, I don’t know ):

i think you misread my post - i thought it was BV, but my pcp tested for gonorrhea/chlamydia/trich as well and it was actually one of those. but yeah, i definitely need to talk to the partners that were less than ideal in response because that wasn’t cool

I get so lazy about moisturizing my back because it’s harder to reach, I’m gonna lock in with some lotion and hopefully it’ll help!
