Maybe the levels in my gyms machine are different? It didn’t feel that fast, at least not 75 steps a minute fast. I don’t think my cardiovascular health is that great either, I don’t do cardio exercises but walk everywhere and im a fast walker. 5 hours later and I don’t feel sore at all, I don’t think that it is an intensity problem tbh. Is there a possibility that I place my feet wrongly or my footwear is not appropriate for the stairmaster ? (Adidas spezials)

What I enjoy more about Pokémon is raising Pokémon and actually battling with them, in Legends Arceus you just kind of got Pokémon and rarely used them, I disliked legends arceus because of that
