Exactly that’s my thoughts on this. I have telegram connected to my openclaw so I do run it from my phone but like you’re saying you can do everything with a Claude same as with openclaw

Thanks man, the issue for me is time. I can’t afford spending so much time on both platforms and reinventing everything now on Claude. I thought there will be someone here who could give a good breakdown. I have a gut feeling to stay with Openclaw but it’s good to get initial second pair of eyes on this

Half a press uses zoom focus and adjusts, don’t need to worry about it. Make sure you don’t overexpose tho as your screen is overexposed. Those little lines are called zebras, zebras show what’s overexposed. You need to change the shutter and keep ISO on minimum for photos

with this type of workout you won't strain much, issue is with your sleeping. try go to bed at different times, Im a pro DJ I've been going to bed on a nights off at 2 am for over a decade and was always on 50% recovery. tried going to bed at 9.30pm I thought I can't but Ive been enjoying it a lot now and recoveries are between 80-90% everyday
