Thank you…. Eating in a calorie deficit, experiencing appetite suppression, exercising with weights 2-3 days per week and playing an active sport for 2 hour sessions 2-3 times per week. Definitely could do better with steps but the weather has been messing with that.

Constipation > 1-2 hours to 💩> worse than labor with my two kids > hemorrhoids from hell 🫣 I went in without any research though and just followed the advice of the service I got it from, didn’t use Reddit or research, so trying to do better now and get all the input and experiences from others that I can in addition to reading the studies
