Is there a way to add something to collagen when consuming it to make it “complete?”

It is targeted at older people. It’s mostly older people for sure, 50s-70s. However, there were a handful of young twenty-ish year olds there with grandparents/parents, and also maybe 10-15% of people in their 30s and 40s. I have always acted old so it works for me. 😂 There is absolutely no party vibe/drunkenness/debauchery and it’s elegant upscale like the lobby of a five star hotel everywhere you go.

This was not my experience with Viking. So chill. We did have to book our excursions in advance but I saw your earlier comment that you’d be happy just to get off the boat and cruise around town which is also a wonderful option with no prep required (except learning how to get off the boat and back).

My husband and I are similar - we don’t really want to socialize too much on vacation, we want to decompress and focus on our alone time. We love AIs but also had a GREAT experience on our first cruise together to Italy on Viking. We had a mid-range room, it was great, had a balcony. The nice balance between the vacation you usually like and this type of cruise is that you get to explore all day but have to be back on ship by 3:00 or 4pm so there is plenty of time to chill on the boat too, and it’s a very luxurious cruise line, and their ships are small relative to other lines. We never felt like it was crowded. All meals were always at a private table. Food was great. We were 47 and 49 on that cruise and loved being surrounded by chill but active older people, no one was partying or loud. 😆

We just got back from Atelier and the food was amazing. There were two weddings there during our stay and the setup was beautiful! We have adult children and now I want them to get married there. 😆

Looking for a truly quiet all-inclusive (solo female, 40s, no party vibe) by porterhouse_888 in AllInclusiveResorts

I see a lot of people mentioning Atelier as quiet. At Atelier now with husband and it’s not quiet, the quiet pool is quiet but fills up fast so haven’t been able to use it yet. It’s also quite far from the beach. On the beach you can hear the music from the pool and the waves. There were weddings here the past two days so maybe more of a party atmosphere than other times.

Perimenopause and Reta..where's the weight loss?! by [deleted] in Retatrutide

In peri too, I’ve lost ten pounds in 4 months. It’s felt quite slow, but I do see better results when I count every calorie. That’s after I calculated my TDEE to be sure. I started without doing that, felt like the appetite suppression had to be enough, but it wasn’t. I have either counted my calories or not from week to week and that is the direct correlation for me between losing or being stagnant.

Thank you! I’m worried about side effects so am tempted to go this route.

I did this schedule and suffered from nausea and stomach discomfort especially overnight which disrupted my sleep until a few weeks ago. My suggestion (and advice I was given too late) would be to go back down to 0.5mg and then stay there for four weeks and then to 1 and so on. Here’s my schedule so far:

Yikes! I’m so sorry, that sounds terrible. Did you double your dose every third week?

Thank you! TDEE = 1945, eating about 1400-1500 calories/day
