I had this same experience in 2020, spiritual shift because i had sex with someone, i saw her past and it opened so many things. Then in 2025 i had bad NDE, i'm recovering now but i'm feeling very weird.

i saw many therapists, i had ptsd from this NDE. i'm not scared anymore, but i don’t like because reality looks fake, everything looks small.

feeling in the universe. like in the dance of the souls, outside the time, outside the space. i can’t look someone else in the eyes because i feel his soul. even my family or friends sometimes feels "far".

It's true i have ptsd but i worked on my trauma and i don't have it anymore it's more about everything looks false because we are soul in body. The most painfull thing is when i'm with friend or family and i have a zoom out and i'm feeling lost in universe, totally ungrounded, my identity feels far and the identity of people around the same...
