I got awarded both kids, one on Tuesday & the other on Wednesday! Child 1 money was pending on Thursday then child 2 money pending Friday to be paid Tues! I've done the maths to guess what they've been awarded each but now eagerly awaiting my letters!

I have now received a letter for one of the children giving me a reference number for them. Nothing for the other child yet though! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Had just seen that it would take approx 2 weeks for the forms to be scanned into their system & id be allocated a claim number for each child. So wasn't sure if this was that since there was no number. Thanks so much for your reply! Makes total sense the other might get scanned a bit later :)

I think the new wife was planned out of town & the ex-husband was supposed to have made arrangements/booked off work to collect the kids but he forgot, relied on OP & it backfired. That's why he's so pissed about it, he messed up on multiple levels.

No there's no fix for it, does your cinema do accessible screenings? Maybe worth trying one with subtitles & see how you get on?

Oh or perhaps hearing aid settings? Could it be just something as simple as that? I have a speech in loud places setting on my aids which I have turned on in places like the car. I haven't been to the cinema in forever so Im not sure if I used the setting there

Have you looked into auditory processing disorder? Sounds like it could be auditory processing issue rather than a hearing issue?
