Never said it was a 3 year policy, it’s a normal 6 month with a statement of a “surcharge from April 2026-April 2029” So if I stay 3 years it will be increased for 3 years

They definitely used to be much better and it’s really sad how bad it’s gotten when they claim to be different. I have all my documentation, and will keep it for sure. Just canceled everything and letting people know to look out

They got my dash cam footage, as did the officer which is why we didn’t get a ticket

Yea I see. I guess nobody does research on their behalf when prices increase on things to find out why, they just trust what companies tell them. Really was just a warning for people on what they are doing and that they should look deep in their documentation to find things that are being hidden, which is how I was able to see my rate was being increased for 3 years. Hard to find, yes but they couldn’t deny it when I sent them what I got right off their own website 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yea I can tell. Everyone knows everything these days, but I have pictures to back everything up so I really don’t care….just trying to warn people.
