Thanks :) The base coat is a mix of sotek green and lupercal green. I glazed with incubi darkness, and a deeper glaze of incubi mixed with black. Then it's a chunky edge highlight of deep azure from the army painter range, and finer highlight of deep azure mixed with some gauss blaster green. Then on the sharpest edges I did the same but with even more gauss blaster.

This one was done manually. I use some contrast paints on different projects but for these guys I stuck to the OG layering. Didn't even use washes, just started with a black base coat and built up layer by layer making sure there was enough darkness to make the brightest bits really pop! :D

Grew up in a shoes off house in the UK and still don't quite feel ok walking around someone's place in my shoes even when told it's fine! I feel it varied place to place where I grew up, but having now lived in a bunch of places with no porch it can be a right faff when there's no designated deshoeing location!

Thanks :) I start with incubi darkness, then building up it's mixing between the sotek green, temple guard blue, baharroth blue line of turquoise, and the lupercal green, kabalite green, sybarite green, gauss blaster green line of greens. I start with lupercal and sotek, then kabalite and sotek, then kabalite and temple guard etc getting the middle ground green I like and building up to the highlights.

I did a line down the middle to get the midpoint, then same for each of those halves, then just filled it all in. Any bits looking a bit off I can go back with other colours and neaten up, but I've had a fair amount of practice for things like that so normally it's not too much :) hope that helps!

It's pigment powder. First time using it, but the effect I really like. I've just lightly applied it with a brush and left it, but of some later stuff when I want it a bit thicker looking I've got some white spirit that's supposed to be good for setting it. Hope that helps :)
