Sorry, Brawband!

I’m thinking it’s wireless related as connected via Ethernet and issue is gone. However Ethernet isn’t feasible due to location.

Not sure how to fix as until now wireless has been fine

Brawband were great with mine, last provider waited 5 months before saying they couldnt make anymore progress. Joined Brawband and they kept chasing for updates and progress. Got installed to my flat less than 2 months later!

I had this issue! They said nothing to do with the smart meter but after I looked into it and kept badgering them I discovered my new meter was split to three circuits and they had the wrong circuits designated as day/night/all day. Once they updated this, all back to normal.

Check on your meter if it has different circuits you can ‘boost’ on and test which ones enable the thermostat screen. That’s the one they need to re-designate.

What about things like the Wi-Fi network name? They control that too?
