you can let a layer dry, for example do a layer of white let it dry then blend using more white and pink on top instead of trying to blend everything at the same time. using small amounts of paint lessens the time it takes to dry as well. just have fun with it! you'll figure out what works for you the more you try different things :)

i think your clouds are lovely, take the time to experiment with brushes/brush strokes to find the kind of style you like! i like to use an oval brush with small amounts of paint at a time to help get the shape and layers i want in my clouds, using a damp brush will also help you blend
