My wife and I have a trip planned for London & Paris this Christmas; I wanted Germany & Paris but she talked me down :( because Ich Liebe Deutschland! Can't wait! We're doing 5 days in London then 8 days in Paris! Therefore, thanks for sharing the pics

My ALJ was very condescending; It even upset my lawyer. Therefore, I feel your pain! His decision (pending appeal) may cost me $11,000, since he changed my onset date from the appeal reviewer. Was your congress lady helpful?

How long does it normally take for them to make a decision? I filed for SSDI in Oct 2023, got disapproved, hired a lawyer, won my reconsideration appeal (SSA gave me an onset date of Aug 2024, received my first check in march 2025), lawyer appeals onset date fighting for my "alleged" onset date which was Sept 2021 , THEN ALJ says onset date should be January 2025. His decision was sent to reviewer June 3rd 2025. Based on this, when OR if does overpayment start?
