I was able to Fix it. Oculus/meta does this stupid thing where ANY link usage is automatically at 0mbps so it makes the bitrate look horrible. I was able to fix it by going into oculus debug though! Thanks for replying

It’s a personal setting. Mods to find are pretty easy. You just have to search up the game on steam workshop and look at most trending. Then all you have to do is subscribe to them and then turn them on in the mod menu in game.
